After first child is born the sexual pleasure of
women decreases. There are different reasons
given for this but Dr Vishwa Prakash do not agree
for reasons cited completely .He has researched
and found that main culprit is loose abdomen
resulting after birth of child .He proved in study that
when abdomen becomes loose the clitoris also
descends down and there fore its stimulation is
less during sex. Dr Vishwa Prakash described that in
these women after abdominoplasty clitoris is in
elevated position and results in enough sexual
stimulation during sex increasing the sexual
pleasure .Dr Vishwa Prakash named it sexual
pleasure enhancing abdominoplasty.’
Ultrarapid abdominoplasty-Dr Vishwa Prakash
described ultrarapid abdominoplasty in which
abdominoplasty can be done along with any other
abdominal operation or along with caesarean
section. In India, undergoing abdominoplasty while
undergoing caesarean section is very easy than
undergoing abdominoplasty alone .Because if you
want to undergo abdominoplasty alone ,husbands
and inlaw never agree .Further cost factor and
additional operation according to them is also a
factor .Dr Vishwa Prakash proved that combining
abdominoplasty with caesarean or any other
operation is safe .But the type of abdominoplasty
has to be changed to ultrarapid
