In this condition the bladder
prolapses in vagina because its supporting fascia
are torn or weak. The different operations used the
meshes to support the bladder .But now the meshes
are not being used. Dr Vishwa Prakash has
described a new method in which the mucosa and
fascia are tightened in a way that wall creates the
support of the bladder .It is good operation and
cures the woman of the condition.
