Hymenoplasty is the operation to
recreate the torn hymen which is torn during sex
before marriage .Dr Vishwa Prakash is the first
female genital reconstructive surgeon in world
who has described the technique of hymenoplasty

Hymenoplasty is to restore the virginity and it s of
various types.
1.Simple hymenoplasty-
When restoration of virginity
is desired in a condition when hymen is torn but
there is no looseness of vagina .It happens when
sex had taken place only one or two times.. In this
condition hymen is restored by uniting the torn
remnants of hymen as described in Indi an Journal
of Surgery as described by us.
2.Superhymenoplasty –
This method was described
by Dr Vishwa Prakash and you can read it on net by
searching for superhymenoplasty. In this method
hymen is created in a way that the layer is tougher
which bleeds more during first act of sex.
3.Complete revirgination-
The operation of complete
revirgination is also described by Dr Vishwa Prakash
who described that hymenoplasty is not
revirgination operation .In revirgination all changes
are reversed which took place during sexual
intercourse ..Torn hymen is one condition
,looseness of vagina is second and open gate
deformity is third condition. The operation of
revirgination can be found in PFMA journal on net .
In this operation along with restoration of hymen
vagina tightening is done and open gate deformity is
corrected by bulbospongioplasty.
