It is a condition in which slight touch
of cloth or anything makes her wince of severe pain
.There is no treatment .Gynaecologist prescribe
medicines in form of ointment but they are of no
use .Ultimately they advise hysterectomy. Dr Vishwa
Prakash has described a method in which whole of
vestibule is excised and reconstructed with
paralabial flap .Results are exellent .The patients are
so happy the evening of operation that they forget
pain of operation .The only thing is that you have to
remove whole of vestibule and resurface with a
flap.
